Engineering & Design Solutions

Our multidisciplinary engineering capabilities allow us to provide end-to-end solutions,from concept development through to detailed design and implementation.

CAT IV / Rig Overhaul
CAT III & CAT IV Rig Equipment Inspection Services:
- We provide CAT III and CAT IV inspections for drilling and rig equipment, ensuring equipment integrity, operational safety, and compliance with OEM, API, and client requirements.
- Inspections are conducted by competent personnel and supported with proper inspection reports and certification, in line with industry best practices.
Sandblasting & Painting Services
- We provide professional surface preparation, sandblasting, and industrial painting services to protect steel structures and equipment from corrosion and environmental damage.
- Our services include abrasive blasting in accordance with international standards, ensuring proper surface cleanliness and profile for optimal coating performance. We apply high-performance protective coating systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, and zinc-rich coatings, using approved application methods.
- All works are executed under strict quality control and HSE procedures, delivering reliable and durable corrosion protection for onshore, offshore, marine, and industrial applications.
Rig Audits & Inspection
Steel Link supplies and provides highly competent rig inspectors & auditors to conduct annual or unscheduled surveys on onshore and offshore rig/facilities to ensure that capital equipment is managed and operated to the required standards:

Supply of Manpower
Steel Link has the capacity to outsource highly experienced, qualified and competent manpower on temporarily or permanent basis for small sized to mega projects.
- The selection of personnel is based on the requirements in which most are experienced in oilfield equipment, fabrication and oriented with drilling business API standard codes and regulations
Such subject matter experts include but not limited to the following:
- Project management-oriented calibers, e.g. project & maintenance managers
- Technical expertise such as mechanical/electrical/instrumentation/structural superintendent & supervisors
